Surface Styles
Our foundational surface styles come in three variations: Fine Flute, Mid Flute and Wide Flute, each designed to accommodate distinctly unique expressions. Textured PET felt application enhances acoustic performance by offering more surface area for sound absorption. The Fluted surface style is available for our 9 MM felt in 16 colors.
A Growing Collection of surface Textures
We use proprietary engineering with unique cuts and folds to build our products, adding visual interest to their surfaces. Right now, we’re beta testing new surface styles that go beyond industry standards to enhance both acoustic and visual performance in your space. Fine Flute
The Fine Flute features tightly chiseled grooves that form a cohesive, unified appearance. From a distance, the pattern remains understated, offering a soft visual texture, while up close, it adds a delicate sense of depth to the surface. Pictured color: Hazel
Mid Flute
The Mid Flute is the most prominent surface style, featuring wider ridges that create a striking slatted effect. This design closely resembles traditional acoustic treatments, blending functional performance with bold visual appeal. Pictured color: Pumice
WIDE Flute
The Wide Flute is a subtle style that registers visually as lines, evoking the effect of wood paneling. It adds a sense of length and refinement to a space, enhancing depth and texture. Pictured color: Quarry
