we’re saving our scraps
Since our founding, we haven’t thrown away any felt construction scraps. Through advanced machine imaging, we identify and nest designs that perfectly fit each piece of scrap, allowing us to reuse materials efficiently and reduce waste.
Additionally, all products are designed with end-of-life in mind, allowing for easy disassembly and full recyclability. We consider the complete product life-cycle because we believe in respectful material handling and manufacturing practices.
Sabin acoustic + lighting systems achieve an artfully tailored finish through the invention of special folds and seams. Each piece is meticulously sewn with precision, using techniques rarely seen in the industry. This attention to detail ensures that every stitch is not only functional but also enhances the aesthetic, making our products one-of-a-kind.
